Milan, Italy

Milan (Milano) is a city in Italy.

And before we talk about Milan, let me show you this thing which you can find on streets throughout Italy.

This is called a fountain, and Italians drink from them. I don't know about the quality of the water but it's definitely cleaner than the ones in Malaysia. I was going to drink from it until I saw an Italian man washing his face, hands and drinking gleefully while washing his feet while stamping on the "sink". I've decided against the idea after that... it's all bottled mineral water from today (>.<) well, I did drink from it in Rome out of desperation and it wasn't really that bad (>,<)

San Siro Stadium, home of AC Milan and Inter Milan. After experiencing the grandeur of the stadium in Manchester, this stadium paled in comparison. Even the museums failed to compare with the syok-sendiri-ness of Manchester United's. And not even being a football fan, I thought it was not worth the money for the whole tour at all (>.<)

Inside the stadium.

Near the stadium, there is a race-track (for horses). Il Cavallo, a bronze statue of a horse, is also located here. Originally designed by Leonardo da Vinci but never completed until 500 years later.

All cities in Italy have a duomo (main cathedral). This is Duomo di Milano, or Milan Cathedral. And I look weird. (>.<)

A side view of the duomo.

Outside Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, with its triumphal arch. Why do I look so weird in all these pictures? (T.T)

The interiors of Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. It's just a shopping centre really.
