My lunch often consist of noodles. I have all kinds of noodles like bee hoon, beijing noodles, egg noodles, tong fun, spaghetti, and prawn flavoured noodles (makes good kon lou mee!!) stocked in my cupboard as they are convenient to store. I usually stir fry my noodles, but sometimes I'd do "kon lou" (a.k.a. boiled then drained and mixed with soy sauce and other not-so-secret condiments) when I'm lazy.
And when I'm not in too much of a hurry yet still a little lazy, I come up with dishes like... Kon Lou Spaghetti Josiah speciale! (^__^)v
Quite nice if I do say so myself. The sauce mix simply includes light soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce and sugar. The taste is quite close to the "kon lou" yellow noodles that you get in Malaysia.
